He had his own competitive cheer team for 2 consecutive years called "Jersey Magic" and competed all over the United States as a region 7 gymnast and placed in the top 3 on Floor and Vault in many State and invitational competitions. Phil also helped produce State Champions at the JOGA level in Gymnastics. Phil loves working with cheer and tumbling classes and also enjoys working with All Americans Special Needs program called SNAPS

Pam Borges

Pam has been coaching teams of varying levels since 1978 and classes since 1975. She became an NFHS official in 1991 and became a USAG official in 1994. She currently holds a Level 10 rating.

Courtney Bodley-Orriss

Courtney has been involved in gymnastics nearly all her life. She started gymnastics at age 4 and took it all the way through high school years as a high-level competitive gymnast. Throughout college she coached both classes and teams and after graduating from Rutgers, resumed coaching at the team level. Courtney has been coaching for nearly 24 years now, and is an RN, and a mother of three kids as well! Most of her coaching has been for USAG teams with a focus on the optional levels and compulsory bars, vaulting and tumbling. In addition, Courtney coached JOGA teams, USAIGC teams and advanced classes. Over the years she has enjoyed helping coach many state champions as well as level 8,9,&10 regional and national qualifiers. She coached gymnasts that went on to do collegiate level gymnastics, even at the scholarship level. Gymnastics is her love and my passion. She actually dream about new bar drills sometimes, haha. Courtney see's the sport as a springboard for children, no pun intended. Whether a child chooses a competitive path or just likes to do it recreationally, gymnastics develops aspects of a child that school doesn't. It challenges both their bodies and minds in a different way. She love's watching a child's success in the gym spill over into other aspects of their lives. Her philosophy about gymnastics matches the philosophy already in place at All-American and she is very excited to be a part of this team!
